Palácio do Grilo is an original XVIII century building, reinvented to embody a kingdom of dreams. The first works involved mapping the building and study its’ pathologies and necessary interventions. Then, with minimum intervention on the building, the studio designed and built the scenography and furniture for the restaurant , as well as design concept for the future rooms.
The project won Prix de Versailles 2023 under “World Restaurants” and was nominated for Archdaily Building of the Year 2023.
