A concept proposal for the rehabilitation of a villa, Palácio de Valflores. This work started with the analysis of the building conservation state, pathologies and past interventions. All the layers that compose this building, as well as its’ location, turn it into an inspirational place suitable for artistic residencies and community practices, such as urban gardens and educational facilities.
